7. User Forum.
If you have registered for our RF elements user forum “www.rfelab.com” provided with Invision Community platform, you have issued the declaration of consent. You can unsubscribe from the forum at any time. You can download, delete or require to be deleted of any personal information at any time.
8. Social Networks.
RF elements website uses plug-ins from social networks. When you visit a website, these plug-ins can set up direct connections to the social network and possibly transmit data. If you do not want social networks to receive information about your visit to our website, please log off the social networks before visiting our website or using the app.
9. Instagram API
The Instagram API widget of RF elements displays only the Instagram feed of RF elements. No third party content is displayed. RF elements does not collect any user information and does not store any data.
10. Email.
We use spam filters which in some cases automatically classify normal emails as unwanted advertisements by mistake and delete them. If you send us emails without encryption, it is possible for third parties to read information during the transfer procedure.
11. Job Applications.
We are pleased that you are interested in working for RF elements. The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. We collect and process only personal data contained in application documents, such as CVs, application letters, reference letters, certificates, etc.Personal data for job applications is only collected and processed for filling job positions within our company and will not be forwarded outside of RF elements without explicit prior consent from your side. Your personal application data will be deleted automatically 6 months after the application procedure has been completed unless the legal requirements contradict the deletion or or if you have explicitly agreed or required prolonged storage. We use appropriate and sufficient technical and organisational data-protection policies for protecting your personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by third parties.
