The new 45° Asymmetrical Horn HG4 Antenna delivers an asymmetrical beam pattern and the game-changing TwistPort™ (TP) connector in a compact form factor of the HG4 Series. Together with 30° Symmetrical Horn HG4, it is a powerful tool for optimizing and splitting traditionally designed networks with 90° sectors. The combination of 30° and 45° HG4 Horns offers flexible coverage options, high antenna gain, and class-leading noise rejection for easy and cost-effective network scalability.

Unique Asymmetrical Beam

The 45° Asymmetrical Horn HG4 features a distinctive elliptical beam shape — 45° wide in azimuth and 30° in elevation. This asymmetrical pattern is ideal for deployments where a wider azimuth and narrower elevation provide better coverage, higher gain, and optimized RF performance.

Attenuated Side Lobes

The antenna’s design naturally suppresses side lobes, focusing energy into a single main beam. The functional absence of side lobes ensures excellent noise immunity and a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) — critical for achieving superior throughput and link stability in modern wireless networks.

 

Stable H + V Patterns and Gain

The 45° Asymmetrical Horn HG4 maintains stable radiation patterns across a wide frequency range. It is optimized for balanced horizontal and vertical beam patterns, a true challenge for most dual-polarized asymmetrical antennas.

Balanced H+V performance ensures consistent link quality and stable operation in all conditions. The antenna covers a 1250 MHz bandwidth (5150–6400 MHz) with highly stable gain and beam pattern.

Compact and Durable

45° Asymmetrical Horn Antenna are built to last and to resist harsh weather conditions. 

The horn body is solid cast aluminum with a weather-resistant surface finish. The UBR bracket is made of non corrosive extruded aluminum. All hardware is made from stainless steel for long-term durability.

An ergonomic handle makes installation easy and safe. Compact, lightweight, and rugged — the HG4-A45 is engineered for effortless installation and dependable outdoor performance.

Innovative Bracket

45° Asymmetrical Horn HG4 features an innovative mounting system. The pole mount is separated from the antenna, making the installation and adjustment quick and easy.

Step 1: Bracket Installation

First install the bracket on the pole. The pole bracket is reversible: it can be mounted on the left or the right side of the antenna.

Step 2: Antenna Adjustment

Slide the antenna into the bracket, fine-tune azimuth and elevation using the handle, and tighten the screws to lock it in position.
